Personal training is centred around individuals working in small groups who are focused on achieving personal goals in health and fitness.

Individuals are motivated by their achievement which has been implemented through a programme designed to achieve maximum results.

Trainers work with clients to assist with personal strengths and weaknesses to ensure fitness goals and personal levels of well being are achieved.

Team work is strengthened in an interactive environment which provide incentives to achieve maximum results.

This is a strong feature in the work place where we facilitate a programme for staff to train together and work towards achieveing a balanced lifestyle.

Our aim is to provide and encourage individual fitness instruction to maintain work performances and lead a happy and healthy life changing experience.

 

Gym Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning: 6am - 10am
  • Afternoon: 3:30pm - 8pm
  • Saturday
  • Morning Only: 8am - 9:30am
  • Sunday Closed
