This is a shout out to all the ladies in the area interested in having fun, and releasing stress whilst losing weight. Kickboxing incorporates a full body workout while working on those stubborn areas such as the bottom, hips, legs and abbs all at the same time.

Boxercise is the SHED’s signature class… unique and intense; it includes boxercise and body weight exercises to provide a complete body conditioning session. This class can be as hard or easy as you desire due to its self-paced nature and it boasts endless variety so you’ll never do the same class twice!

Express Lunch-Box boot camp
For those who have minimal time to exercise but still desire results; this challenging 30 minute cross fit session is the top option for you. This full body conditioning session is an intense fat-burning, cardio-cranking express class that utilises all major muscle groups to get the most out of your workout.

Saturday morning boot camps
Start your weekend with a boost and try out our Saturday morning SHED boot camp. This is a fun full body workout that will leave you in shreds via a combination of boxing, weight exercises and powerful cardio activities. (Often conducted outside, weather permitting).

Self defence and conditioning
You must try this confidence boosting class! It is a safe, mainly skill based class teaching you how defend yourself in certain situations such as knife, gun and bat threats, attacks and even hold ups. Realistic situations and the counter attack are simulated with techniques drawn from variations such as Krav Maga, Tai Chai, Boxing/Kickboxing and Karate.

Kids boxing and kick boxing
This class is fantastic for keeping the kids occupied and out of the house! This fun filled class burns their excess energy while learning how to box/kick box at the same time. A convenient class for parents who want to exercise but also have to look after the kids.
