What is Boxercise and what are the benefits?

Boxercise is the type of training which involves bag work, one on one pad training and body weight exercise which are used in ciruit training. The results from boxing being incorporated into training programmes effectively achieves results in muscle toning whilst increasing stamina and endurance.

Flexibility is improved with more co-ordination in body movement including hands, feet and eyes. Individual strength increases with regular training in the gym where instruction is given towards personal levels of fitness.
