About The Fitness Shed

The Shed is a communal Cross Training facility with qualified and dedicated trainers. Programs designed to give you a full body workout incorporating Power endurance, strength endurance and cardiovascular endurance. Each session will be catered to your needs and abilities.You’ll reach levels that you never thought possible. We also developed mental and physiological toughness, to push through when times are hard.

The Fitness Shed is a boxercise strength and conditioning training facility. Quality training is provided by professional traininers who lead and develop structured fitness programmes.

Our trainers are highly motivated and determined to help you achieve your personal goals.

We are leaders in the community by providing services to school development and organisational services as a result we were the winner of the Newcastle herald hunter buisness award 2009 and finalist of the N.S.W state award.
