Hi there! I'm Shari Jones, a friendly personal trainer with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialise in helping people like you reach your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, rehabilitation, strength training, nutrition, or just getting in shape.
Working with diverse clients, I've run big, successful gyms from Berry NSW to Mooloolaba QLD. But after working long hours for years, I realised I needed to slow down.
So, I moved my PT business to my private studio at home. It's compact but has everything you need for a great workout, including air conditioning and a lovely water view. Plus, my clients have benefitted from a more intimate experience where they have thrived, minus the intimidating ‘big gym energy’.
I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and I understand that everyone's needs are different. That's why I offer personalised training at an affordable price. So, if you're looking for a qualified, caring trainer who will give you results, I'm your trainer.

If you're looking for an effective way to get in shape, then weight training is for you. My weight training sessions are an hour long, and I take on 2 clients at a time to keep costs down for you. And don't worry if you're new to weights - I'll be there every step to guide you.
